Delete your account

You can delete your account and data for any GLD Labs app at any time.

In the app

1. Open the app and go to your Profile (or Settings).
2. Find the Account section.
3. Tap Delete account (if you use the app as a guest: Delete my data) and confirm.

Deletion happens straight away.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email admin@gldlabs.com from the email address linked to your account (for example, your Apple or Google sign-in), and tell us which app and, if it has one, your username. We'll delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account, profile and username
• Your saved app data, such as progress, stats, history and settings
• Social data, such as friends, friend requests, matches and players you've blocked
• Your scores and positions on leaderboards and rankings
• Your notification settings and push notification tokens
• Records of your use of AI features

What we keep

• Reports you made about other users are kept as a record, without your name.
• Reports made about you show your account as deleted.
• Information we must keep by law, and data in backups for a short time before it is overwritten.
